Project Management at Silverbear has been developed as part of our business driven approach to delivery and demonstrates real collaborative working.
Our project managers don’t just track issues, risks and plans in a reactive manner; all of our projects are led by experienced business and technical individuals that add real value to the engagement.
These individuals will be supported by a business engagement manager from our team of Directors, whose role is to oversee programmes of work and ensure our customers are able to realise the intended benefits. They will also act as your on-going Account Manager.
