Survey and Consultation Management

Silverbear Membership provides a comprehensive mechanism for the creation, publication, distribution, collection and analysis of membership surveys and consultations of all shapes and sizes.

Survey Creation

Surveys - such as post event feedback, quarterly membership surveys etc. – can easily be created with questions of differing types such as text responses, drop down lists, yes/no options, ratings etc. Once created, surveys can be branded and tested before being sent via a variety of mechanisms eg. letter, email, website, SMS etc., to targeted members, and other contacts/stakeholders, as required.

Survey Result Monitoring

The progress of a survey ‘campaign’ can be monitored in real-time ie to see how many surveys have been sent, how may have been opened, completed, and what the responses to the particular questions were.

Survey Workflows & Personalisation

Workflows can also be triggered based on responses to particular survey questions. For example, if someone responded that they were unhappy about something, the person responsible for that activity may be alerted and tasked to follow up with the respondent.

Surveys can be personalised or anonymous as required, depending upon the nature of the survey, and the preferences of the people to whom it is being sent.
