Silverbear Membership software allows for membership information to be gathered at both an organisational level (for corporate memberships) and at a personal level (for individual memberships) and provides the flexibility for you to be able to capture generic information, such as:
  • Address information - linked to postcode look up software if required
  • Telephone numbers
  • Email addresses and communication preferences - allowing for opt-in information to be captured for different channels and different publications or data content
  • More specific data relating to the member profile and interests specific to your organisation's area of expertise such as:
    • Qualification attainment
    • Training courses and event attendance
    • Membership subscription history
    • Website access history
    • Purchasing and payment histories
    • Preferred payment methods such as credit card and direct debit mandate details
    • Other related membership interaction details
Maintaining employment history details together with all other membership interaction details allows you to gain an invaluable insight into the explicit (who they are and what they state they are interested in) and implicit (what they actually do and when they actually do it) profiles of individual members, groups of members and your membership as a whole.

Data Collection

Silverbear Membership provides the means for collecting all of this information – either by data import, direct data entry, or by integration with complimentary membership interaction tools (such as the website, finance application etc.) – and then presents all of this information in one easy to navigate view.
