Silverbear Membership software enables payments to be taken for any purchases, as required by the organisation and its member, for each individual transaction.
A transaction can be for anything available for purchase by the member, such as a virtual item i.e. membership renewal; or a physical item, such as a book or video/DVD.
Payments & Discounts
Appropriate methods of payment can be selected by the organisation depending on the purchase item and discount levels associated to what is purchased, as well as the method of payment. For example, an annual membership subscription may be discounted by 10% if paid for by direct debit mandate.
Payment History Online
A members area lists all the products that have been purchased, any direct debit mandates and all invoices (current and histroical). Products can be purchased and paid for via one easy to use interface with all of the financial transaction information being recorded against the member.
