Payment Management

The Silverbear Membership management solution allows for the member to use their preferred means of payment such as:

  • Credit card
  • Standing order
  • Cheque
  • Cash
  • Invoice
  • Direct debit
  • Standing order

The solution allows for the preferred mechanism to be recorded, and verified, against individual and corporate members and then for them to be used against relevant financial transactions.

 

Payment & Discount Rules

For example, membership subscriptions and renewals may be paid via a verified direct debit mandate, whilst payment for product items and services (such as events, training courses, examinations etc.) may be taken against the credit card details in place.

 

Security

Please note that the Silverbear Membership solution does not store credit card details at any stage.
