To run successful membership events it helps to have a number of basic resources in place such as a venue, reliable suppliers and equipment. You need to know who or what is available for each individual event or session. Silverbear Membership’s event management component includes a fully functioning event calendar detailing resource availability, allowing you to manage and schedule all resources through this feature.

Associated Events

Managing partner organisations can be extremely time consuming. To counteract this, our event resources tool will allow your event partner to develop their own section of the website and manage their own event programmes online, whilst you still retain overall control.

Suppliers and Speakers

Supplier and speaker details can be added to the event software database allowing you to send any up-to-date information they may require prior to the event. Speakers and suppliers can also be managed internally using the resource event calendar (checking availability etc).

Additionally, caterers can be added to your supplier list which in turn provides them with a report which will confirm the number of delegates and their dietary requirements.
